The Senior Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, and grow revenue within assigned territories and sectors. Responsibilities include conducting on-site client meetings, preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies and profitability targets. The role involves closely collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate service delivery, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of issues. The Senior Sales Executive will also track sales performance, maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records, provide regular forecasts and reports, and monitor market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales, preferably in facilities services, textiles, manufacturing, or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, account management, and negotiation, with the ability to close complex deals.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.Solid business acumen, including understanding of pricing, margins, contracts, and long-term customer value.Ability to work on-site in Badr City, manage time effectively, and handle frequent client visits and field work.Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) to manage pipelines and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales leadership roles.Demonstrated commitment to ethical, inclusive, and customer-focused selling practices.
