ResponsibilitiesHandle student inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media channels.Provide consultations regarding study opportunities in Malaysia.Follow up with prospective students and parents.Convert inquiries into confirmed students.Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth application process.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.1–3 years of sales experience (Educational Consultancy experience is a plus).Strong communication and persuasion skills.Good English language skills.Experience using CRM systems is preferred.Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
