The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing regular sales performance reports. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and implement innovative sales strategies. Qualifications Proven Sales and Negotiation skills, with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targetsBusiness Development and Relationship Management capabilities to attract and retain clientsStrategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Forecasting skillsStrong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skillsProficiency in CRM software and related sales toolsPrevious experience in the real estate industry is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferredDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in English and Arabic
