The person in this role will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for residential and/or commercial properties, including prospecting, lead qualification, property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable properties, and providing professional consultancy on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. The Senior Property Consultant will prepare and review offers, coordinate with internal teams on documentation, and ensure accurate records are maintained in the company’s CRM or sales systems. The role also involves building and maintaining a strong client network, delivering excellent customer service, and representing YAD’s brand and values in all interactions.Qualifications* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales.* Proven experience selling commercial real estate projects, with a strong focus on projects in New Administrative Capital and New Cairo .* Strong knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market, commercial property investment, and sales processes.* Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.* Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.Preferred:* Existing client database and strong network within the commercial real estate sector.* Experience working with developers of commercial, administrative, and mixed-use projects in New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital
