Job DescriptionPosition Summary:The Senior Sales Manager – Measurement Systems & Solutions (MSS) is responsible for driving sustainable growth across Egypt and Libya by leading complex project pursuits and building strong customer partnerships. This role focuses on expanding bookings for metering systems, analytical systems, and lifecycle services within engineered solutions, while collaborating across functions and regions to support Measurement Solutions business goals.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead and manage qualified MSS project pursuits, partnering with proposal, execution, and regional sales teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.Identify, qualify, and develop high‑value opportunities across targeted industries, ensuring a strong and actionable project pipeline.Own pursuit strategies for priority projects, applying structured selling methodologies and continuously refining strategies to improve win rates.Collaborate with cross‑business unit teams, global project partners, and local representatives to maximize Emerson solution pull‑through.Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers at multiple organizational levels to achieve preferred or vendor‑of‑choice status.Support all aspects of the sales process, including bid strategy, commercial negotiations, contract review, and internal approvals.Track project progress and provide accurate forecasts, market insights, competitive intelligence, and pricing trends to leadership.Coach and enable internal teams and local partners to strengthen project pursuit capabilities and sales effectiveness.Ensure all activities are conducted in full alignment with Emerson’s ethics, compliance, and trade governance standards.Stay informed on market developments, customer needs, and evolving technologies to continuously enhance value delivery.Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organizationWho You Are:You act with a strong sense of ownership and consistently follow through on commitments, even in complex or ambiguous situations.
