Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales – Real Estate position located in Ezbet Zayed. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of real estate clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining sales strategies, conducting market research, providing detailed property consultations, training or mentoring junior sales staff, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support. Qualifications Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.Strong Sales skills, including experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.Experience in Training and Sales Management to lead and mentor team members effectively.Knowledge of the local real estate market and a successful track record in real estate sales are highly valuable.Ability to work on-site in Ezbet Zayed and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous.Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
