Sales Representative - HNYou’ll be the face of our new nutrition specialties in Egypt, focusing on Egyptian Market. No existing customer base — you’ll create it yourself.Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence Team Management: set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives Customer Relationships: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs Reporting: Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition Actively prospect and introduce innovative ingredients to new customers.Monitor market trends and competitors to spot opportunities.Represent Manuchar at key trade fairs and events like Food Africa and Gulf Food. We’re looking for a Sales Hunter, not a normal Sales Rep candidate, someone with drive, market knowledge, and a strong industry network.At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients, human nutrition, or life sciences. Experience in chemical distribution is a plus.Commercial and technical understanding of HN sectors like Flavors, Meat Processing, Aroma, Beverage & ConfectionaryFluent English & Microsoft Package is a Must.Skills: Strong business sense, Industry expertise, Excellent mentoring, Coaching, People management skills, Fluent English & Microsoft Package is a Must.Experience: Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field Familiar with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. D365 F&O).
