U.S. sales are headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, supported by a strong global network of subsidiaries and distributors.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Specialist – Aesthetics role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Sales Specialist will drive sales of BTL’s aesthetic product portfolio by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals with clinics, medical centers, and aesthetic practices. The role includes building and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and executing territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Day-to-day activities involve conducting in-person client visits, organizing product presentations and workshops, coordinating with clinical and marketing teams to support customer education, and providing post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption. The role also requires maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and providing feedback to internal teams to support product and strategy development.QualificationsProven experience in medical device, aesthetics, or healthcare capital equipment sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Solid skills in consultative selling, account management, pipeline management, and territory planning.Ability to deliver compelling product presentations, conduct in-clinic demonstrations, and support training for clinical and non-clinical staff.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at different levels (physicians, clinic owners, managers).Comfort working in a field-based, on-site environment with frequent client visits within Cairo and potentially surrounding regions.Good business acumen, including contract review, pricing discussions, and understanding of ROI and value-based selling in the aesthetic space.Familiarity with the aesthetic market, patient experience flows, and competitive technologies is highly beneficial.Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Bio-Medical ,Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
