Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.Support the development of customized solutions aligned with client objectives and service offerings.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.Handle client inquiries, provide effective solutions, and ensure a high level of service.Coordinate with the Sales Manager and internal teams to align on sales strategies and share market insights.Support execution of sales plans and actively participate in sales meetings.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and pipeline status.Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.Collect client feedback and provide insights to enhance services and improve processes. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.3 to 7 years of experience in sales, Marketing, or a relevant role.Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantageExperience in selling high-end or premium products/servicesExperience in B2B salesMBA is preferred.Fluent English proficiency is required.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus
