Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to build and strengthen relationships.Deliver engaging technical presentations showcasing product value and solutions.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall department goals.Identify and develop new business opportunities across various market channels.Maintain and expand a strong customer base while ensuring excellent after-sales service.Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.Monitor team performance and provide support to motivate target achievement.Secure and renew orders, ensuring smooth delivery process coordination.Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to improve offerings.Collaborate internally to adapt and develop products based on customer needs.Lead top-to-top meetings with key accounts to strengthen partnerships and address business challenges.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.Strong command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong customer focus with technical aptitude.
