Position SummaryThe Senior Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting marketplace and distributor performance by managing pharmacy follow-ups, improving engagement and retention, supporting reactivation, and ensuring consistent telesales execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage pharmacy follow-ups to increase marketplace engagement and retention.Support activation and reactivation of pharmacies.Follow up with inactive, paused, or low-performing pharmacies.Encourage pharmacies to increase their marketplace activity and purchasing behavior.Support distributor performance through consistent pharmacy follow-up.Track pharmacy activity, call outcomes, and follow-up progress.Handle pharmacy-related issues and escalate when needed.Coordinate with internal teams to support execution and resolve issues.Maintain accurate updates and organized follow-up records.RequirementsBachelor’s degree.1–3 years of experience.Tele-sales experience.Experience in the pharmaceutical field is preferred.Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and prioritize urgent cases.Good tracking and reporting skills.
