Position SummaryThe BD Team Lead will be responsible for supporting the expansion plan by identifying, approaching, and onboarding new distributors across Great Cairo. The role will focus on building strong distributor relationships, driving business growth, and supporting distributor performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business development activities across Great Cairo.Identify and approach new distributors and drug stores.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.Support onboarding and signing of new distributors.Follow up on distributor performance, activity, and retention.Identify new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market.Support distributor growth initiatives and expansion plans.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve distributor-related issues.Track pipeline progress, distributor status, and follow-up updates.Support the expansion plan for almost 150 new distributors across Great Cairo.RequirementsBachelor’s degree.3–5 years of experience.Pharmacy background or science.Experience dealing with drug stores or distributors.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market is preferred.Ability to work in the field and follow up closely with external partners.
