Your role and responsibilities The Senior SAP CO Consultant should be highly knowledgeable with required SAP Controlling module business processes, navigation mechanics, and configuration requirements and integration with other modules. This individual will lead practitioners to develop and maintain the configuration and functional design documents and support role-based profile changes. You will be advising client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by SAP CO, as strategic assets of their broader Finance Transformation. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Education & CertificationBachelor's degree inFinance,Accounting,Business Administration, orInformation Technology.SAP FICO certificationis a plus.Technical SkillsStrong expertise inSAP FICOmodules:FI:General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting (BA).CO:Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders (IO) and Product Costing (CO-PC) including Material Ledger.Hands-on experience withSAP S/4HANA Finance.Knowledge oftax configuration,bank integrations, andelectronic payments.Understanding ofABAP debugging,SAP BW, andSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)is an advantage.Solid understanding ofintegration pointsbetween FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).ExperienceMinimum8 years of experienceinSAP FICOacrossimplementation, support, or consultingroles.Strong business process knowledge and business process blue printing experienceProven experience inend-to-end SAP FICO project implementations(full project lifecycle).Soft SkillsStronganalytical and problem-solvingcapabilities.Excellentcommunicationandstakeholder managementskills.Demonstratedability to work independentlyas well as collaboratively in team environments.Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
