Roles & Responsibilities:Facilitate the implementation and support projects of S4 HANA SAP SDPerform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirementsFacilitate workshops to collect business requirementsMap client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.Design, customize, configure and testing of SDIdentify gaps, issues and work around solutions.Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;Document functional designs, test cases and results.Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancementsProvide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projectsAct as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.Provide ad-hoc training and user support as requiredWork self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior membersDesired Skills & Experience:8 - 10 years of experience in SAP SD ECC and S/4HANAExperience in S/4HANA ImplementationAt least 2 or more end to end implementation projects and 3 or more support projects.Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspectiveSAP Certification (preferred but not mandatory)Sound knowledge in integration with MM/FI/PP and other SAP modules.Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain composure under pressure in ambiguous and complex situations, independent thinker.Positive attitude and the ability to work in changing situations and adept in problem solving and multi-tasking.Location: Anywhere in Egypt
