🚀 Project & Performance Engineer📍 Location: Suez, EgyptAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Project & Performance Engineer to lead operational excellence initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong project management expertise and a passion for optimizing production performance.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesLead new projects and product introductions from planning to successful implementation.Monitor, analyze, and improve KPIs including OEE, Yield, Cycle Time, Downtime, and Productivity.Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and optimize processes.Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution.Support transitions from project launch to stable operations.Lead continuous improvement programs to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.Monitor scrap rates, rework costs, and labor efficiency to ensure budget compliance.Promote a strong safety culture and foster cross-functional team development.🎯 Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Chemical Engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.Proven expertise in project management, performance monitoring, and process optimization.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement practices.Experience with KPIs such as OEE, Yield, Cycle Time, Downtime, and Productivity.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and ERP systems.
