Whether organizations aim to scale rapidly, launch national initiatives, or achieve cost-efficient growth, InnovaDigits delivers measurable results backed by high standards of governance and quality.Senior ServiceNow Developer & AdministratorWe’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer & Administrator to design, build, and maintain our ServiceNow platform while owning both administration and advanced development activities across the environment.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on platform configuration, custom development, integrations, and solving complex operational challenges.🔹 Role OverviewYou will be responsible for administering and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, building scalable workflows, integrations, and custom applications that improve operational efficiency and business processes.🔹 Key Responsibilities• Administer the ServiceNow platform including roles, ACLs, groups, and security• Configure and develop ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB• Build custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers• Design and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and workflows• Manage platform upgrades, patches, plugins, and system enhancements• Perform troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning• Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics• Support CMDB health, Discovery, and Service Mapping activities• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions🔹 Mandatory Requirements• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM modules• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and Jelly• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML• Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience🔹 Nice to Have• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)• Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development• Knowledge of LDAP, SSO, and SAML🌍 Location: Remote – Egypt🕐 Employment Type: Full-time📩 Apply by sending your CV to: eman.saad@innovadigits.comOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
