The Senior Site Engineer will manage on-site activities, oversee quality control, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating Architectural, MEP Scope, supervising construction processes, addressing site challenges, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The role demands effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, contractors, and project stakeholders.QualificationsProficiency in on-site management and supervision of construction activitiesStrong communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholdersExperience in quality control measures to ensure compliance with standards and specificationsKnowledge and expertise in structural engineering and civil engineering practicesAbility to handle project timelines, multitask, and resolve on-site challenges effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related fieldPrevious experience in large-scale projects within the construction and engineering sector is a plusProficient in relevant engineering software and tools
