Our product suite includes conversational AI agents, document understanding, HR and recruitment automation, and enterprise AI workflow solutions.We are expanding our commercial presence in Egypt and looking for a senior sales professional who can open, manage, and grow enterprise accounts across key sectors.The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Software Sales Manager to own and grow our revenue pipeline in the Egyptian market.You will sell Velents’ full product suite — including Agent.SA, SAFHA, and the broader Velents AI platform — to large enterprises, banks, telecom operators, healthcare groups, retail/e-commerce companies, outsourcing providers, and digital transformation teams.You’ll work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to build strong proposals, run demos, manage complex sales cycles, and close strategic deals.What You’ll DoOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing across the Egyptian enterprise market.Build and maintain a qualified pipeline targeting banks, telecom companies, healthcare groups, retail and e-commerce businesses, BPOs, large corporates, and technology-driven enterprises.Develop strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, digital transformation teams, customer experience leaders, HR leaders, operations teams, and procurement departments.Position Velents’ AI solutions around business outcomes such as cost reduction, automation, customer experience improvement, faster processing, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with pre-sales and solutions teams to prepare proposals, demos, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, and commercial offers.Navigate enterprise procurement processes, vendor registration requirements, budget cycles, security reviews, and legal/commercial negotiations.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts across Agent.SA, SAFHA, HR tech, QA, and automation use cases.Represent Velents in client meetings, partner discussions, industry events, and enterprise technology forums in Egypt.Provide market intelligence on client needs, pricing expectations, competition, buying behavior, and sector-specific opportunities.Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and deal reporting.What We’re Looking ForStrong experience selling software, SaaS, AI, cloud, automation, digital transformation, CX, HR tech, or enterprise technology solutions in Egypt.Proven track record of closing B2B enterprise deals with medium to large organizations.Strong understanding of the Egyptian enterprise market, especially sectors such as banking, telecom, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, BPO/contact centers, real estate, and large corporates.Established network with decision-makers across IT, digital transformation, customer experience, operations, HR, procurement, or executive leadership.Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.Strong commercial discipline, including pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and account planning.Fluent Arabic; strong professional English required.Based in Cairo or willing to operate actively across the Egyptian market.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with conversational AI, voice bots, WhatsApp automation, document processing, OCR, HR tech, or call quality assurance products.Experience selling to banks, telecom operators, BPOs/contact centers, healthcare networks, or large retail/e-commerce companies.Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, consulting firms, or technology vendors.Previous exposure to RFP/RFQ processes, enterprise tenders, vendor onboarding, and security/compliance questionnaires.Understanding of data privacy, cloud hosting, AI adoption challenges, and digital transformation priorities in Egypt.
