Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist with over 5 years of experience in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA planning and telecom business analysis, ensuring high-quality delivery of telecom systems, services, and platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies and test plans aligned with telecom project requirementsPerform functional, integration, system, and regression testing for telecom applicationsCollaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand telecom workflows and requirementsTranslate business requirements into detailed test scenarios and test casesParticipate in QA planning, estimation, and risk assessment activitiesValidate telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, billing, CRM, provisioning, and mediation systemsIdentify, log, track, and manage defects using test management toolsEnsure compliance with telecom standards and regulatory requirementsSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide QA insights during release cyclesAnalyse production issues and provide root cause analysis with corrective actionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in QA, with significant exposure to the telecom domainStrong experience in QA planning and test strategy developmentHands-on experience in telecom business analysisSolid understanding of telecom architectures (OSS/BSS)Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM)Knowledge of API testing, database testing, and system integrationsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
