Occupation DescriptionThe Senior Specialist, Facility Management will manage the Facility Management CAFM system & provide effective administrative support for the day to day operations/activities in order to facilitate the achievement of departmental goals.Job LocationNew CapitalJob ScopeManage the workflow of all projects SRs through the CAFM system to ensure that all transactions are properly logged on the CAFM.Ensure achieving the client satisfaction targets CSAT across all projects.Ensure achieving the closure ratio of SRs on CAFM across all projects.Coordinate with concerned stakeholders to properly achieve client satisfaction.Organize, arrange and prepare documentation for meetings and presentations (both internal & external).Coordinate with other team members to ensure the processing service invoices in a timely manner.Implement an accurate database and filing system to maintain records in a confidential manner.Education and Training:Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related fieldMost Common Work Experience Requested: 2-4 years of related experienceProven work experience in FM in either an “in house” or a service provider capacityPrevious experience in real estate is preferred
