Headquartered in Egypt and the UK, IGE is dedicated to expanding its reach to support more students and institutions globally.Role DescriptionServe as the dedicated account manager for assigned families post-enrollment, owning the long-term relationship across all IGE brands (The IG Club, Mapout).Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly enrolled students and families.Identify family needs and drive cross-sell of additional IGE services (tutoring, university counseling, psychometric assessments, study abroad support).Mentor and coach Student Success Officers; act as a senior reference point for complex family situations and escalations.Coordinate with the Operations Department on day-to-day service delivery and resolve service quality issues to safeguard retention.Maintain accurate records, pipeline tracking, and reporting on Zoho CRM; partner with the Data Analyst on cross-brand student progression monitoring.Represent IGE professionally with families, carrying the external client-facing title of Senior Education Consultant.Qualifications· 4–6 years of experience in education consultancy, customer success, account management, or relationship-based sales (preferably with premium clientele).· Strong familiarity with international curricula (IGCSE and A-Level required; IB, American Diploma, French Bac, or Abitur desirable).· Prior experience working with high-net-worth families in education or premium service environments. Exposure to university admissions, study abroad, or career counseling.Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in student counseling and developing tailored academic strategiesExperience in managing educational partnerships and collaborationsOrganizational skills for planning workshops, events, and managing schedulesKnowledge of global higher education systems and pathwaysProficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plusAbility to work effectively in an on-site collaboration setting in Cairo, EgyptBachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
