Job Purpose: Responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable supply chain analytics through the collection, validation, analysis, and visualization of supply chain data. Develops and maintains automated dashboards and reporting solutions, ensures data integrity and KPI accuracy, and provides performance insights to support decision-making. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources, enhance digital reporting capabilities, and automate analytics processes. Supports continuous improvement, audit compliance, analytics enablement initiatives, and the adoption of supply chain analytics best practices.Key AccountabilitiesCollect, clean, and validate supply chain data from ERP, SC Dashboard.Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards in the SC Dashboard (Power BI / equivalent).Achieve and sustain a Data Quality & Accuracy Index of ≥ 98% (records without error ÷ total sampled × 100).Perform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies and implement corrective actions within agreed timelines.Publish procurement and supply chain performance reports on schedule with a Reporting Timeliness rate of ≥ 98%.Verify KPI accuracy across all dashboard metrics, maintaining a KPI Accuracy Verification rate of ≥ 99%.Respond to ad-hoc analytics requests from stakeholders within ≤ 48 hours (Analytics Request Response Rate).Prepare monthly and quarterly supply chain performance summaries for PPM / SCM review.Drive real-time visibility of ≥ 95% of critical supply chain KPIs within SC Dashboards (Digital SC Enablement KPI).Lead or support implementation of the Analytics Enablement programmers, achieving 100% milestone completion.Collaborate with Digital Ops, Procurement, and Project Controls teams and other functions to integrate data sources and automate reporting workflows.Support the development and maintenance of supply chain Data.Participate in internal audits and NCR/CAPA processes related to SC data quality and reporting.Complete all assigned training programmers with 100% Training Adherence (completed / assigned).Share knowledge, dashboard development, insights, and SC analytics best practices.HSE ResponsibilitiesElsewedy Electric requires the active commitment to, and accountability for, QHSE from all employees and contractors.
