We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Cairo Office as Senior Supply Planner.Can you say ‘yes’?Do you treat your colleagues with respect?Do you always have the customer in mind?Do you act with future generations in mind?Do you like to seek out opportunities to grow and develop?Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?As Senior Supply Planner at Knauf Egypt, you will be responsible for managing an end-to-end supply chain that integrates demand, production, raw material availability, and inventory to ensure optimal service levels and cost-effective inventory management while balancing capacity, and material constraints.What You’ll Be Doing Translate demand plans into feasible production and material plans considering plant capacity and constraints. Lead supply review meetings with key stakeholders, as part of the monthly S&OP process. Create and maintain master production schedules (MPS) and line scheduling for gypsum boards, plasters, and ceiling tiles. Monitor plant capacity utilization and efficiency. Identify bottlenecks and propose mitigation plans. Coordinate with plant operations to optimize production sequencing and minimizing change overs. Ensure availability of key materials (paper liners, adhesives, additives and compounds) while collaborating with procurement team. Set and manage safety stock levels for finished goods and critical raw materials. Monitor low runner SKUs and excess inventory. Own and Track Supply planning KPIs: service level (OTIF), Capacity utilization, inventory days, and plan adherence. Conduct root-cause analysis for supply gaps and service risks. Maintain planning parameters in SAP ERP/MRP system, while ensuring data accuracy (lead times, BOMs, production rates, safety stock).What We’d Love For You To HaveWe are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values. If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (i.e Industrial Engineering, Supply chain Management). 3-5 years of experience in supply planning or production planning, preferably in building materials or FMCG. Strong understanding of MRP, Capacity planning and S&OP processes. Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP and Blue Yonder). Experience with Excel, Power BI/Tableau. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complexity and multiple constraints. Cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
