Join us if you're passionate about entertainment, innovation and customer service excellence!Responsibilities:Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applicationsProvide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reportsSupport the roll-out of new applicationsSet up new users' accounts and profilesResearch and identify solutions to software and hardware issuesDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configurationEnsure all issues are properly loggedCreate new technologies, including the development of networking solutions and software programsManage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructureInstall, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management toolsMaintain security, backup, and redundancy strategiesTroubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faultsSkilled in troubleshooting network performance issues and implementing solutions for optimizationExpertise in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, including connectivity problems, latency issues, and packet lossTest and evaluate new technologyRequirementsBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subjectNot less than 7 years experienceProven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux-based environments. (RHCSE is a plus)Solid experience in Windows Active Directory (AZURE certification is a Plus)Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, etc.) & troubleshooting skills.
