Job Details:Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Construction Experience – Egypt & KSA Support).Company: Alrawaf Contracting - Egypt Back Office.Department: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition.Location: Cairo, Egypt.Employment Type: Full-Time.Job Purpose:The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for Egypt-based roles to support ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Saudi Arabia requirements.The role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and mobilizing qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner while ensuring alignment with project demands.Key Responsibilities:1. Egypt-Based Recruitment (Primary Focus)Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles based in Egypt (technical and non-technical).Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.Ensure timely hiring aligned with business priorities and operational requirements.Build strong talent pipelines within the local Egyptian market.2. Overseas Recruitment Support (KSA Projects)Support recruitment for Saudi Arabia-based roles as per business needs.Coordinate with KSA stakeholders to fulfill project-based manpower requirements.Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for overseas deployment.3. Sourcing & Talent PipelineUtilize diverse sourcing channels (job portals, headhunting, referrals).Maintain a structured and updated candidate database.Proactively build pipelines for critical and frequently requested roles.4. Screening & AssessmentConduct CV screening, interviews, and competency-based interviews (CBI).Ensure alignment between candidate capabilities and role requirements.Coordinate technical assessments when needed.5. Mobilization Support (For KSA Roles)Support the mobilization process (documentation, medicals, coordination with relevant teams).Ensure smooth candidate transition for overseas assignments.6. Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key recruitment partner for Egypt-based stakeholders.Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges.Maintain strong coordination with KSA teams when required.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in construction/contracting companies.Strong experience in Egypt-based hiring; GCC exposure is a plus.Experience in mass hiring and project-based recruitment.Familiarity with overseas recruitment and mobilization processes is an advantage.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of the Egyptian labor market and talent availability trends.Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities (local & overseas recruitment) in a fast-paced environment.Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities across multiple channels.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficiency in competency-based interviewing (CBI) and candidate assessment techniques.Strong negotiation and offer management skills.Ability to analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights (KPIs & reports).Good understanding of GCC recruitment dynamics and mobilization processes is an advantage.Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
