The intern will support the technical delivery of interior design and architectural projects, including reviewing drawings, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with design and site teams. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in creating detailed shop drawings, reviewing material specifications, supporting site measurements, and helping resolve technical issues during project execution. The role will also involve collaborating with senior engineers and designers to ensure that technical solutions align with project requirements, safety standards, and client expectations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real projects and an opportunity to learn industry best practices in a professional setting.QualificationsStrong foundational knowledge in civil, architectural, or interior engineering principles, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Familiarity with CAD or similar design and drafting tools, and willingness to learn industry-standard software used in interior and architectural projects.Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities to support technical decisions and resolve on-site challenges.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with engineers, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Interest in interior design and architectural solutions, with a willingness to learn and grow in a technical engineering role.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, following company safety and quality standards.
