Perform accurate quantity take-offs from approved drawings and review BOQs against drawings and specifications.Prepare cost estimates and pricing schedules, and analyze unit rates for materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.Develop and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project, and analyze delays with corrective actions.Prepare and review subcontractors’ and client invoices, monitor payments and cash flow, and prepare financial claims and variation orders.Review contracts and terms, monitor contractual compliance, manage variation orders, and analyze contract disputes in coordination with the legal department.Coordinate continuously with the site and technical office to ensure high-quality work and accurate technical and financial reporting.
