Senior Technical Project Engineer - External

A Snapshot of Your Day:As a Senior Technical Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful execution and continuous improvement of technical training programs within Siemens Energy. You will collaborate with trainers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality training delivery, workshop readiness, and compliance with Siemens Energy standards. In this role, you will lead training project execution, monitor performance, develop technical curricula, and drive innovative solutions that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of learning programs.How You’ll Make an Impact:Take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing technical training programs in workshops and at customer sites, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy safety and quality standards.Manage training administration and reporting activities through the Siemens Energy Learning Management System (LMS).Monitor the condition and utilization of training equipment and consumables, ensuring operational readiness and availability.Track and evaluate trainers’ performance, providing recommendations to maintain training excellence.Design and develop new technical curricula and training content aligned with customer and business requirements.Deliver training sessions to customers and internal participants when required.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, schedule, and assign the most suitable trainers for specific training programs.Ensure workshop and training facility readiness prior to program execution.Review and continuously enhance training materials to ensure compliance with Siemens Energy standards, templates, and target audience needs.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend innovative solutions to enhance training delivery efficiency and effectiveness.What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Power Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy sector, preferably in technical services, training, or project engineering roles.Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s degree in Engineering is considered an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proven ability to perform successfully in a dynamic, results-oriented, and challenging environment.Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital learning platforms.About the Team:Our Technical Training team supports the development of customer and employee competencies across Siemens Energy technologies and solutions.
