Job Purpose:As a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary purpose is to strategically source, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent to drive the company's growth and innovation. You will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to identify and engage highly skilled candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our business objectives. Your role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. By fostering strong relationships and maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technical teams and contributing to the overall success of the organization.Responsibilities:Plan and manage the steps involved in the interview and selection processes, such as screening calls, tests, and in-person interviews using niche platformsUtilize our ATS to review candidate data, including credentials and contact informationParse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumesPerform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilitiesParticipate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals when neededConduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirementsKeep up to date with new technological trends and productsRequirements+5 Years of experience as a Technical Recruiter. (Required)Practical learning expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and evaluating candidatesUnderstanding of selection evaluation and a deep interest in Social-Media and Digital Recruitment TechnologiesCapacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraintsHands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, and structured)Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT rolesFamiliarity with ATS and resume databases (Workable)Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English is a must)Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislationCan-do attitude is a mustTeam player and excellent interpersonal communication skills
