We help independent fashion and beauty labels grow globally through a connected ecosystem that combines retail, wholesale, dropshipping, content, and logistics in one platform.Backed by European investors, Iryss is building the next generation of commerce for independent brands, with offices in Cairo and Milan.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join the existing Iryss product and development team.You will help design and shape the user experience across the Iryss B2C and B2B marketplace platforms, including customer facing storefronts, ecommerce journeys, dashboards, onboarding flows, product management systems, and operational tools.This role requires strong UI and UX skills with a focus on creating modern, intuitive, and visually polished ecommerce experiences across both web and mobile environments. We are looking for someone with strong visual instincts, proven experience designing ecommerce and marketplace platforms, and the ability to simplify complex workflows into clear and intuitive interfaces.This is a demanding role within a fast moving product environment and requires someone who is self motivated, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through to implementation. You should be comfortable collaborating closely with developers and product teams throughout the design and implementation process while maintaining a high standard of design quality across the platform.ResponsibilitiesDesign ecommerce and dashboard experiences across customer, seller, reseller, and admin environmentsCreate wireframes, mockups, prototypes, UI layouts, and UX flows in FigmaDesign clear and intuitive user journeys across complex workflowsImprove usability, navigation, and consistency across the platformDesign responsive experiences across both desktop and mobile environmentsWork closely with developers during implementation and refinementReview completed features and refine the overall user experienceQualifications3 to 6 years of UI/UX design experienceStrong portfolio showing ecommerce, marketplace, SaaS, or dashboard workAdvanced Figma skillsProven experience designing modern ecommerce or marketplace platformsStrong understanding of ecommerce usability, user behaviour, and customer journeysStrong understanding of modern ecommerce UI patterns and customer expectationsExperience designing responsive web and mobile interfacesExperience working with design systems and component based UIExperience collaborating with React or Next.js development teamsStrong attention to detail and interface consistencyStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsAbility to work independently and deliver consistently in a fast moving environmentFluent English communication skillsTo ApplyPlease send your CV, portfolio, and examples of relevant UI/UX work.We are looking for someone with proven experience designing modern ecommerce platforms and a strong eye for clean, intuitive user experiences.
