Job PurposeManage and oversee warranty claim operations, ensure compliance with OEM standards, and support product improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, analytical ability, and after-sales experience to optimize warranty processes and enhance customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Validate and process warranty claims from dealers/service centersMonitor claim accuracy and ensure compliance with OEM policiesAnalyses warranty data to identify cost drivers, trends, and root causesPrepare reports on warranty performance and product reliabilityProvide technical guidance to dealers and internal teamsSupport audits, training, and process improvements in warranty operationsLiaise with engineering and quality teams on product issuesRequirementsBachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related engineering field4-5 years' experience in warranty, after-sales, or service engineering (automotive preferred)Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnosticsProficiency with warranty systems, ERP, or DMS platformsExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage high claim volumes
