. Key Accountabilities:Prepare detailed portfolio action plan, resourcing, risk assessments and contingency plans in order to identify key milestones for the delivery of portfolio objectives in all likely circumstances ▪ Dispatch milestones to subordinates to allocate accountabilities efficiently ▪ Participate in the development of project methodologies, policies, procedures and guidelines and ensure implementation across entities for consistency and harmonization ▪ Monitor progress of portfolio / program / projects activities and take actions as needed to ensure compliance with plan and preset requirements ▪ Monitor administrative side of the portfolio/programs: filing, cost tracking, scope management and provide recommendations related to cost and time tolerance to ensure efficient realization ▪ Approve risk register to ensure effective risk identification and risk mitigation plans ▪ Measure KPI’s on a regular basis to ensure abidance by milestones and requirements ▪ Act as a focal point of contact with top management on projects achievements and performance against plan and budget ▪ Find new solutions when needed in cooperation with management to accelerate and enhance achievements of projects ▪ Provide needed training and coaching to subordinates to ensure consistency and efficiency of operations leading to customer satisfaction ▪ Is involved in strategic decisions with unit managers to ensure efficiency of operations at all times ▪ Handle complicated issues raised by subordinates and provide support as needed to keep projects/programs on schedule and minimize risks ▪ Monitor reports from subordinates and generate complex and comprehensive reports to document achievements and indicators analysis results and to support senior level decision making Experience & EducationEducation: ▪ At least Bachelor Degree in computer science, computer engineering or communications engineering (for technology functions) ▪ University degree in business management, finance or related fields (for non-technology functions) ▪ Project management certification is a must particularly for the project management role ▪ Solid career history in managing telecom large projects Also for technology functions ▪ Excellent knowledge about network elements, and protocols ▪ CCNA is a must ▪ CCNP or CCIP preferable ▪ ITIL certificate is preferableExperience: • 6-8 years of experience for order management • 5-7 years of experience for project management
