Müller's Solutions is looking for a skilled ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic portfolio management solutions using the ServiceNow platform to help organizations align their portfolios with business objectives and drive better decision-making.Your expertise will contribute to the optimization of project, program, and portfolio management processes, ensuring effective resource utilization and improved business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with enterprise strategy and governanceCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs for SPM modules including demand management, project portfolio management, resource management, and financial planningDevelop and enforce best practices and governance frameworks for effective portfolio oversightIntegrate SPM solutions with other ServiceNow modules and external systems to provide end-to-end visibility and reportingDrive automation of workflows to improve process efficiency and data accuracyProvide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams and project managersEnsure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability standardsStay updated on ServiceNow SPM capabilities and industry trends to recommend continuous improvementsRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)Strong understanding of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies and best practicesExperience in designing and delivering ServiceNow SPM solutions including demand, resource, and financial managementProficiency with ServiceNow architecture principles, configuration, and integration techniquesEffective communication skills, capable of working with business stakeholders and technical teamsDemonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentServiceNow certifications relevant to SPM or ITOM are highly desirableBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.
