Müller's Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant to join our expert team. The consultant will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, optimizing portfolio, program, and project management processes for our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical configurations and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.Responsibilities:Configure and customize ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) applications to meet client requirementsCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutionsDevelop and maintain workflows, business rules, and integrations related to ServiceNow SPMProvide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow SPM modulesConduct testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliveryDocument technical specifications, processes, and user guides to assist teams and clientsStay up to date with ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices to continuously improve client solutionsProvide training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and team membersRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modulesProficient in ServiceNow SPM configuration, customization, and administrationStrong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS as applied within the ServiceNow environmentExperience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrationsAbility to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNowExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teamsRelevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM) are preferredAbility to work both independently and within a team environmentBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.
