Sharepoint Administrator

SharePoint AdministratorWe are seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator to support and maintain SharePoint Server and Project Server (PWA) environments hosted on AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint administration, troubleshooting, workflow management, and cloud-hosted environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support SharePoint Server and Project Server (PWA) environments.Manage SharePoint site collections, web applications, content databases, service applications, and user permissions.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SharePoint workflows using tools such as Nintex, SharePoint Designer, and Power Automate.Monitor system performance, availability, and storage utilization.Support AWS-hosted SharePoint infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.Assist in SharePoint migration and upgrade projects, including on-premises to AWS migrations.Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint services, search functionality, workflows, and integrations.Support backup, recovery, patching, and maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with security policies and operational standards.Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement platform improvements.Provide end-user and technical support for SharePoint-related issues.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in SharePoint administration and support.Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2016/2019 or later).Experience supporting Project Server / Project Web App (PWA) is preferred.Experience working with cloud-hosted environments, preferably AWS.Technical SkillsSharePoint Server AdministrationSite Collection ManagementSharePoint Permissions & SecurityService Applications AdministrationSharePoint Search ConfigurationWorkflow Administration (Nintex, SharePoint Designer, Power Automate)
