Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management, preferably within the outsourcing/offshoring industry. Strong understanding of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and transportation logistics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively. Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
