Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as signalling interlocking, V&V, installation, and testing & commissioning teams), support the preparation of installation documents, Bill of Materials (BOM), and much more.You’ll specifically take care of designing installation engineering drawings, including cable plans and wiring diagrams, method statement, general installation drawings, but also contribute to analysing requirements and managing design change requests.We’ll look to you for:Lead to prepare and execute IE activities (Drawings, documentation, specification, Work Method Statement, …) in support of one or several Bids / ProjectsEnsure the deliverables are prepared in in accordance with the project execution requirements: customer, installation subcontractor, local regulation, …Support to Field team (Installation Supervisors, Sig Project Site Managers, Sig Installation team Leaders, etc…) to understand and review the deliverables and prepare design modification or change requests following inputs from siteReview the Civil interface drawings (e.g. Station building drawings, track layout drawings, ...) and provide Sig equipment requirement for space allocation & applicable cable trunkingLead to prepare Installation material specifications & Installation BoQSupport the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM/Project Site Manager during the preparation of the Field quality dossier for HandoverLead to prepare as-built documentation and ensures conformity with as-installed configurationPerform Site Surveys during preparation and execution phase (if necessary)Liaise with BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers to coordinate common IE studies and deliverablesEnsure application of D&IS Installation and FO Process for IE activitiesContinuous improvement:Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product LineParticipate to Process / “Metier” improvement workgroup when requested, to propose update/improvement of the IE way of working, process, tools and RefLibReport anomalies versus the reference library and / or the local standard and propose any improvement or evolutionAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
