If you have strong telecom acquisition experience and excellent negotiation skills, we’d like to hear from you.🔧 Key Responsibilities:• Conduct surveys around proposed nominal locations to select suitable sites that fulfill technical requirements.• Negotiate with property owners regarding rental value, contract duration, and payment terms.• Ensure all required legal ownership documents are collected and verified.• Apply for and obtain all governmental permits required for base station installation and commercial power connection.• Coordinate with governmental authorities including:* Local Authorities & Governorates* Environmental Authorities* Agricultural Authorities* Ministry of Interior (MOI)* Civil Aviation Authority* Electricity Companies✅ Job Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in law or relevant field.• Technical background is preferred.• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom site acquisition.• Strong negotiation and communication skills.• Excellent problem-solving abilities.• Good computer skills.• Ability to work under pressure.
