As a Site Construction Field Supervision Engineer you will provide structural engineering services to Worley and its customers, including technical support within the structural construction supervision team on a large-scale project.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitors construction of NPP’s and associated structures; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design.Supports the Client in Civil Construction Site Inspections. Participates in safety, environmental and hazard assessments. Reviews, comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to site construction. Reports on project performance against the baseline plan. Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements. Represents Worley at internal & external meetings on the project. Reviews as-built documentation for completeness as per EPC contract requirements and applicable standards. Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Strong construction oversight skills; 8+ years of construction field supervision.Experience in multi-cultural teams. NPP or Nuclear-related construction experience is required.Special Job RequirementsAbility to analyze, communicate, influence and persuade. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian is a plus.
