Site Engineer (Civil / Architectural) – Hotel Project, Marsa Alam

Represent the developer on site and supervise the contractor's daily execution activities.Ensure work is delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedule, and quality standards.Coordinate with the consultant, contractors, subcontractors, and the project manager.Review shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built documents submitted by the contractor.Monitor quality of execution, finishing works, and compliance with safety and technical standards.Track progress against the master schedule, flag delays, and prepare daily and weekly reports for management.Review and verify the contractor's quantity claims and interim payment certificates before approval.Resolve technical issues on site and review material submittals in coordination with the consultant.Safeguard the developer's interests in all technical, commercial, and contractual matters on site.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Accommodation provided.Daily transportation between accommodation and the project site provided by the company.Opportunity to be part of a high-profile hotel project on the Red Sea.  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.5–10 years of proven site execution experience.Previous experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality projects is strongly preferred.Prior experience working on the developer/owner side is a plus.Solid knowledge of finishing works, MEP coordination, and project specifications.Proficient in AutoCAD.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Willing to relocate to Marsa Alam for the duration of the project.
