Key Responsibilities:* Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.* Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and workers.* Monitor construction progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.* Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.* Manage site materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently.* Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.* Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project documentation.* Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.* Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.* Minimum 1 year of experience.* Proven experience in construction site supervision.* Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Key Skills:* Site Management* Construction Supervision* Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)* Project Coordination* Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)* Surveying and Setting Out* Time Management* Technical Drawing Interpretation* Leadership and Team Management- Typical Industries: Construction, Infrastructure, Roads & Highways, Buildings, and Industrial Projects.
