Audio Technology is looking for a talented Site Engineer -Security Systems to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing assigned projects, including installation, commissioning, start-up, and final handover. You’ll ensure all projects are completed with high quality, on schedule, and in a cost-effective manner, achieving full customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed project execution plans with clear phases and timelines.- Monitor project progress regularly to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.- Supervise and support site technicians, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to meet project goals.- Conduct technical training sessions for technicians to maintain quality standards and compliance with project specifications.- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly to maintain smooth project execution.- Prepare and submit detailed progress and performance reports to assist management in evaluating project completion and quality.- Manage communication and correspondence with clients, particularly regarding any work stoppages or delays.- Coordinate and exchange relevant data and information with other departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Security Department Manager, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and resources.Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications or Electrical Engineering.- Minimum of 3 years of on-site experience.- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CCTV systems, Access Control, and Intrusion Alarm Systems.- Preferably experienced in Milestone, Genetec, Motorola, and Hanwha software platforms.- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with clients professionally.- Team player with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
