·Supervise and implement the installation of all mechanical activities (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Power, Control, …etc)·Make quantity surveys and issue material requests and approve it by the construction and project manager to deliver it to the procurement department·Review shop drawings with the technical office team, method of statements and material submittal·Follow up with site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors·Follow up the project milestones achievement according to the time schedule set·Cooperate with the quality engineer in the quality inspections according to the projects standards·Cooperate with the safety engineer regarding the safety issues and precautions on site·Review subcontractor invoices and issue subcontractor payment request·Prepare weekly and monthly progress report·Participate in resolving any technical issues may arise·Make quantity surveys and assist in issuing material requests and approve it by the construction and project manager to deliver it to the procurement department·Review shop drawings with the technical office team·Follow up with supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors·Comply with the quality instructions according to the project's standards·Comply with the safety precautions on site·Review subcontractor invoices and assist in issuing subcontractor payment requestParticipate in preparing the weekly and monthly progress report ·Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.·Related Field Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in leading a technical crew including a team of engineers.·Preferred Requirements: oPlanning SkillsoProject ManagementoProcurement & Engineering knowledgeoTeam LeadershipoSupervisory SkillsoNegotiation SkillsComputer Skills
