📢 Hiring: Site Supervisor – Finishing📍 Location: Sheraton, Cairo🕒 Working Hours: 8 hours/day🎯 Job Responsibilities1. Site Supervision & ExecutionSupervise daily finishing activities on-site (plastering, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, etc.)Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specificationsFollow up on technicians and workers to ensure productivity and qualityReport any site issues and support in resolving themMonitor materials usage and ensure proper handling on-site2. Planning & CoordinationAssist in following up the project timeline and daily scheduleCoordinate with Design and Technical teams when neededSupport in organizing supplier and subcontractor site visits3. Labor & Supplier Follow-upSupervise workers and ensure tasks are completed on timeFollow up with suppliers and subcontractors for material deliveryCheck materials upon delivery before installation4. ReportingPrepare daily reports on site progressReport work status and any delays or issues to the Site Engineer / Project Manager5. Safety & ComplianceEnsure all workers follow safety regulations on-siteReport hazards or unsafe conditions immediately✅ QualificationsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in finishing or interior projectsPrevious experience as a Site Supervisor is preferredGood knowledge of finishing works and site operationsBasic understanding of drawingsGood communication and team management skillsAbility to handle site pressure and daily challenges
