The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site operations for projects involving sanitary installations, heating systems, air-conditioning, and smart home solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising subcontractors and technicians, monitoring work progress against plans and timelines, and ensuring that all activities comply with safety standards and quality requirements. The role involves inspecting completed work, resolving technical or logistical issues on-site, and keeping accurate records of materials, labor, and site reports. The Site Supervisor will also communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and suppliers to align expectations, report on status, and support timely project delivery.Qualifications Experience supervising construction, mechanical, or MEP sites, preferably involving sanitary works, HVAC systems, or smart home installations.Strong knowledge of on-site safety standards, quality control practices, and basic building codes or regulations.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and installation manuals.Effective communication and coordination skills for working with technicians, contractors, suppliers, and clients.Solid problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities in a fast-paced site environment.Proficiency in basic office and reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, site reporting apps) for documentation and follow-up.Previous experience in residential or commercial building services is an advantage.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
