Small Home Appliances Technician

We are looking for a technician for small home appliances and TV screens to work with us in Saudi Arabia.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Repair defective Electrical products (TV. Vacuum cleaner, Microwave, Blender, mixer…etc) according to the working instructions for technical center repairs.2. Supports in the repair of the Electrical products (ex. Water dispensers, ….etc)3. Control the consumption of spare parts.4. Maintain good relation with the supplier to timely resolve the pending cases.5. Daily update the system for the work done.6. Order the spare parts required for repairing the item according to the working instructions.7. Preparing charge estimate for out of warranty and miss-use cases.8. Prepare technical reports for defective items to be signed by the Senior Electrical \Technician.9. Assure the implementation of the services standard operating procedure in his daily activities.10. Responsible to achieve the services KPIs of his area of work.Required skills and knowledge:1. Holding diploma degree in electronics or equivalent2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Electronics repair preferably in authorized service centers.3. Hard working and team player.4. High ownership towards work-space.5. Customer oriented.6. Electronics repair skill for all product range like TV, Microwave, Blender …etc7. Electronics repair skill for all product range like High end LCDs, Plasma, CRT, DVD players, Hi-Fi and home theaters
