This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an SMEs Relationship Manager. The role entails developing strong relationships with micro, small, and medium enterprise clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, analyzing business opportunities to grow the SME portfolio, and maintaining records in compliance with company guidelines. Additionally, the role includes achieving sales targets, managing customer queries, and providing seamless support to meet client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to innovate and improve service offerings is also expected.
