Main job duties and responsibilities:Identify and secure new business opportunities with schools, universities, corporates, and external organizations.Promote social activities offerings, including team-building programs, school camps, and group events.Build and manage a structured sales pipeline with clear targets and conversion plans.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase offerings.Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial packages based on client needs.Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the full sales cycle and program lifecycle.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.Ensure consistent follow-up with clients before, during, and after events.Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper planning and execution of programs.Translate client requirements into clear operational briefs to support successful delivery.Gather post-event feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement.Contribute innovative ideas to enhance programs and increase client engagement.Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM or reporting tools.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.Job requirements:Educational background and previous experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in events, camps, hospitality, or service industries.Knowledge and Functional Skills:Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to meet targets and close deals.Results-oriented with strong ownership mindsetExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsCreative thinking and problem-solving ability
