Job Purpose:The Social Media Account Executive plays a pivotal role in executing day-to-day social media activities for assigned client accounts. They serve as a key contact for operational coordination, ensuring timely implementation of content, performance tracking, and reporting. This role supports the success of digital campaigns by working closely with internal teams and ensuring seamless communication with clients.The Executive is expected to uphold client satisfaction through attention to detail, responsiveness, and a proactive mindset in resolving issues and optimizing campaign performance.Key Responsibilities:Client-Facing Responsibilities:Support in managing client communications for social media accountsExecute and monitor social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, etc.)Participate in client meetings and prepare supporting documents such as content calendars, community insights, and campaign reportsAssist in crafting monthly/quarterly performance reports using dashboards and analytics toolsEnsure client expectations are met in a timely and professional mannerInternal Collaboration:Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure on-brief, on-brand deliverablesMaintain consistent feedback loops with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to align on project timelines and objectivesBrainstorm content ideas, social-first formats, and trends for integrated digital campaignsReporting Line:Submit daily/weekly updates to the Social Media Account Manager on client statuses, content readiness, engagement trends, and performance anomaliesOperational Tasks:Maintain campaign documentation (briefs, approvals, content plans)Schedule and publish content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout SocialConduct competitive benchmarking and social listening tasks for campaign insightRequirementsRequired Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in a social media-related role within an agency or in-house marketing teamSolid understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and performance metricsFamiliarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboardsBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related fieldsDesirable Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Arabic)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlinesTeam-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitudeCurious, digitally savvy, and passionate about social trends and contentBasic knowledge of paid campaign performance metrics
