Their social media presence plays a critical role in shaping how their brand is perceived and engaged with, and they are focused on bringing consistency, clarity, and quality to that channel.LocationFully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Social Media Coordinator will own the day-to-day execution of the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent, high-quality content across platforms. This role is responsible for managing the content calendar, publishing posts, maintaining a unified brand voice, and supporting audience engagement, with a strong focus on organization, clarity, and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Calendar & PostingBuild and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn and InstagramMaintain a consistent posting cadence without gaps or spikes in activitySource and repurpose content from podcasts, newsletters, events, and internal insightsEnsure all content is published on time and meets quality standardsCopy & VoiceWrite social media copy that is clear, human, and aligned with the brand voiceMaintain consistency in tone across all contentAvoid generic or templated messaging, focusing on clarity and credibilityDesign & ExecutionCreate and adapt visual assets using Canva and existing brand templatesFormat content across multiple formats, including posts, carousels, and visualsEnsure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual standardsWorkflow & OrganizationManage content deliverables using ClickUp or similar toolsKeep content organized, tracked, and on scheduleIdentify blockers early and communicate proactivelyCommunity & EngagementMonitor and respond to comments in a timely and thoughtful mannerEngage with the audience to build relationships, not just metricsIdentify potential partnership or collaboration opportunities through engagementPerformance & OptimizationTrack key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and growthIdentify trends and adjust content strategy based on performanceProvide clear insights on what is working and where improvements are neededQualificationsExperienceExperience managing social media for a brand, company, or public figureExperience repurposing long-form content into social formats (preferred)SkillsStrong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, natural, and engaging contentAbility to manage a content calendar independently and maintain consistencyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughFamiliarity with Canva or similar design toolsInterest in AI, technology, or innovation-related contentCuriosity and willingness to learn new tools and improve workflows over timeStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent and reliable posting cadence across platformsImproved clarity and consistency in brand voiceHigher quality content with consistent tone and styleIncreased engagement and audience interactionOrganized and predictable content workflowOpportunityThis is an opportunity to take ownership of a company’s social media presence within an AI-focused organization.
